Sports Medicine Fellowship - Application Process

Applications for the Sports Medicine Fellowship must be received no later than 10/1/2010.

Prerequisites:

  • Completion of an accredited Primary Care training program (FP, Peds, Internal Medicine, PM&R, or EM)
  • Eligible for a VA license
  • Experience with sports medicine care

 

Application Packet must include:

  • Universal application from the AMSSM website;
  • Personal statement;
  • CV; and
  • Two letters of reccomendation

The Selection Committee will review all completed applications. Applicants chosen for interview will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
