Applications for the Sports Medicine Fellowship must be received by September 15, 2018.
The VCU-Fairfax Family Sports Medicine Fellowship participates in the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP). Applications must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS).
- Completion of an accredited Primary Care training program (FP, Peds, Internal Medicine, PM&R, or EM)
- Eligible for a VA license
- Experience with sports medicine care
Application must include:
- Personal statement
- CV; and
- Two letters of recommendation
The Selection Committee will review all completed applications. Applicants chosen for interview will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
